It featured seven venues in the Ukrainian capital: Poshtova Ploshcha, Mykhailivska Ploshcha, Kontraktova Ploshcha, Andriivskyi uzviz, Kyoto Park, the Central Department Store (TsUM), and Parkovyi Pedestrian Bridge. Twenty-five video designers from Brazil, Germany, Indonesia, Spain, Mexico, Portugal, Romania, Chile, Switzerland, Japan, and Ukraine participated in the international 3D mapping contest. Seven VJs from Ukraine and Germany took part in the Live VJ mapping contest. The Kyiv Lights Festival-2017 was sponsored by Kyivstar, Ukraine’s largest mobile network operator, and supported by Kyiv City State Administration.
