Selected works will be projected onto the Kyiv City State Administration building on Khreshchatyk street during the festival, on September 28-29, 2019. An international jury will determine the winners.<\/span><\/p>\n

The total prize pool is 270.000 UAH (10.000 USD). In addition to the money prize, the 1st place winner will be automatically admitted to the Winners League of the international competition <\/span>iMapp Bucharest<\/span><\/a> 2020. This event in Romania will bring together the best media artists from six international partner festivals.<\/span><\/p>\n

The previous international festival of light and media arts\u00a0 took place on May 18-20 in Kyiv with the support of Kyivstar, Ukraine\u2019s largest mobile network operator. The festival acquainted the Ukrainian public with dozens of artworks created by great video graphics designers, lighting artists, VJs and modern artists.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”30″][vc_column_text]30 entries participated in the international video mapping contest. They were created by artists from 19 countries: Brazil, Chile, China, Columbia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, and Ukraine.
